Five people shot near anti-Trump rally in Seattle


According to Seattle police Assistant Chief Robert Merner, at least one of the victims of the shooting was a bystander.

The police spokesman said the shooting appeared to be a result of some kind of argument on the street.

Two of the men were in critical condition, the other victims in serious condition according to a Harborview spokeswoman.

Witnesses say it started with an argument outside a convenience store around 7 p.m. on Wednesday. Seattle was witnessing one such protest when the violence broke out. Three of the five victims were stuck in lower extremities and are in stable condition. The victims' ages range from 20 to 50 years old, and injuries include chest, neck, and leg wounds.
